Conflicting player details

I've currently got 10 players showing as registered on the full time system however on the WGS and the match day app it shows 9 players registered with 2 of my players missing but with 1 player from u8s added to my team? Contacted the relevant email address for the match day app but no response.

Any ideas on who else to contact to sort? How can I check for certain that my players are registered correctly? Also which system do I add my results to once the game has been played with the above player registration issue being as it is?

In regards to the match day app this is out of control and is run by the FA.
The other issues can you please contact the LFA .
